This is a two (2) hour, internet, self-study course. Please review each slide carefully before moving onto the next. Each case study is based off actual closed claims defended by Professionals Advocate. Each case will outline the treatment rendered and give an analysis of the potential strengths and weaknesses. Key points to consider will then be discussed. You must allow the white progress bar at the bottom of the page to reach the end before selecting the "next" button to move to the next slide. 

At the end of the case, a brief post-test will be completed to test your knowledge of the material. A passing score of 80% is required to complete the course. At any time you want to log off the course, simply close the browser window that the LMS courseware is running on. Once closed, you must allow for the progress to be saved. PLEASE NOTE: if you close out of the next page while the courseware is saving, you may lose your progress and will start back at the beginning of the program. 

Of note, when attempting this course it is important that you have a strong internet connection. We suggest using a wired connection; however, if that is not possible you should be as close to your wireless modem as possible when completing the course. For optimal performance, it is recommended to use the latest versions of Google Chrome or Firefox web browswers. 

Once completed, Professionals Advocate will receive a notification that the course has been completed. Within one business day, you will be marked as "completed" in the Professionals Advocate system, and the proper Risk Management discount credits will be applied and your certificate will be mailed to you.
