Please be aware that the course is separated into four parts. We recommend dedicating at least 2 (two) hours of your time to complete this course. Should you find the need to stop and get out of the courseware, we suggest doing so after you have completed viewed a particular "part." Should you stop and close a browser in the middle of a "part" you may lose your progress and have to start at the beginning of that particular section. 

At the end of the program, you will be tasked to complete a short quiz consisting of 10 questions. In order to pass, you must achieve an 80% pass rate. There is no limit to the amount of attempts you make in attempting the quiz.

At the the completion of the quiz, Medical Mutual/Professionals Advocate will be notified of your completion of the course. It is at that point that a certificate and course evaluation will be mailed to you. Should you need your certificate sooner, you may contact the Risk Management Department at 443-689-0312. 

Of note, when attempting this course it is important that you have a strong internet connection. We suggest using a wired connection; however, if that is not possible you should be as close to your wireless modem as possible when completing the course. For optimal performance, it is recommended to use the latest versions of Google Chrome or Firefox web browswers. If you need to leave the program at any time, please make sure your progress continues is saved before you move back to the course details page.
